LFI continues growth facilitation of Monee's Bailly Ridge Industrial Park

Monee, Ill., May, 5, 2022 -- Location Finders International Real Estate (LFI) has announced the sale of a 56-acre parcel north of the Ridgeland Avenue and Monee-Manhattan Road. The sale is a part of LFI's continued support and facilitation of growth through viable contributions to the Bailly Ridge Industrial Park.

The acreage was sold to Seefried Industrial Properties where future plans include the development of a 21,000 square-foot warehouse facility in that location. 

LFI will retain ownership of the south 33 acres at the intersection and another 39-acre parcel at the southeast corner of the same intersection.  

This transaction is the latest example of LFI’s contributions to the developmental and fiscal growth of the Village of Monee.  

LFI has a longstanding commitment to the Village of Monee which began with the development of the Peotone Savings Bank.  More recently LFI developed or co-developed the Thornton’s gas station and 2,900,000 square feet of warehouses which currently house Amazon, Hankook Tire and The Home Depot.
