LFI sells Lafayette Property for $1.22 million

Mokena, Ill., Sept. 14, 2022 -- Location Finders International Real Estate's (LFI) Chief Financial Officer, Joe Bochenski, has announced a sale of the property in Lafayette, Indiana that took place on Friday, Sept. 9.  

The 7,876 square-foot, multi-tenant four-unit retail space located at 35 Beck Ln., in Lafayette, was sold to ShowBiz Dog Resort, owned by Michael Switzer, for a total of $1.22 million. The property sits on .94 acres of land near the intersection of Beck Lane and Old U.S. 231 across the street from River City Church. Tenants currently fill the retail spaces with stores including Pizza Hut, Advance America, Great Clips and the Pooch Palace.
