LFI Secures $30.65 Million Loan for Hinsdale, MO

Mokena, Ill., Jan. 19, 2022 -- Location Finders International Real Estate's (LFI) Chief Financial Officer, Joe Bochenski, is pleased to announce the completion of another first mortgage loan with Centier Bank, headquartered in Merrillville, IN. 

The $30,650,000 10-year first mortgage loan is for property located at 40 South Clay in Hinsdale, Illinois. The 69,141 square-foot, single tenant Medical Office Building is occupied by Duly Health and Care (formerly DuPage Medical Group).  

The loan matures in January 2032 and has an interest rate of 3.84%.
