Lemont, Ill., July 15, 2021 -- Location Finders International Real Estate (LFI) has announced Pinewood Dental of Lemont's signing of a lease for the completed redevelopment project located at 1150 State Street.
LFI originally purchased the property in 4Q 2018 and renovated the former restaurant building into a state-of-the-art dentist office. The property is improved with a 3,200 square foot single tenant building and is an outlot to Pete’s Fresh Market.
LFI’s leasing team’s Alan Erickson (Location Finders Brokerage LLC) worked on behalf of LFI and Peter Cangialosi (JRA Healthcare) served as the tenant broker for Pinewood Dental, on the lease transaction.
Pinewood Dental has seen an increase in their new patients since relocating from their previous Lemont location.
