Hinsdale, Ill., Jan. 15, 2015 – Location Finders International Real Estate's (LFI) Chairman, Mike Rose, has announced the completion of the second phase renovations for DuPage Medical Group LTD.
The development project for DuPage Medical Group's office building, located at 40 S. Clay Street in Hinsdale, includes a 35,550 square-foot expansion and will complete DMG’s Medical Office Building Hinsdale Campus.
LFI first purchased the property in 2012 to provide DMG a downtown Hinsdale location to enhance and expand the accessibility and convenience of healthcare services to their patients.
Renovations for DuPage Medical Group began in July 2013 with the first phase being the renovation of the 32,600 square-foot building housing DMG’s Immediate Care facility.
LFI has collaborated with general contractor Leopardo Construction and architect Proteus Group on this project.
