Shorewood, Ill., Nov. 20, 2015 - Location Finders International Real Estate (LFI) is announcing its sale of a 3.3 acre parcel of land to Lenny's Gas & Wash for more than $1.63 million.
The parcel of land is located at the southwest corner of Route 52 and River Road in Shorewood and was originally purchased by LFI in October 2002.
Lenny's Gas & Wash plans to build a new gas station at the location that will also have a convenience store, a drive through Pop’s Italian Beef & Sausage and Dunkin Donuts and a car wash.
