Crestwood, Ill., Jan. 29, 2021 -- Location Finders International Real Estate (LFI) has announced an agreement and lease signing with Louisiana-based restaurant company, Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, for LFI's properties located at the Southeast corner of Cicero Avenue and Cal Sag Road on Route 83.
Construction and improvement of approximately 3,600 square-feet on the new restaurant is planned to begin sometime in late spring or early summer after the expected entitlement in early 2022.
LFI’s development team worked with Patrick Owens and Shannon Pope of JLL, long-time friends of LFI, who represented Raising Cane’s in the lease.
Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is expected to open in early 2023.
