Rochelle, Ill., July 15, 2021 -- Location Finders International Real Estate (LFI) Chairman Mike Rose has announced the completion of construction on a new Starbucks in Rochelle as another development project to be recently finished by LFI.
The new Starbucks property is located at 1061 N 7th Street in Rochelle, Ill.., and includes an improved 2,210 square- foot single tenant structure with a drive-thru. The Starbucks is set to open in April 2022, and is adjacent to a Walgreens also developed by LFI.
LFI’s leasing team’s Alan Erickson (Location Finders Brokerage LLC) worked on behalf of LFI and Allen Joffe and Dan Molnar (Baum Realty) served as the tenant broker for Starbucks, on the lease transaction.
This is Starbucks first location in Rochelle and is a welcomed addition to the community.
