Introducing our exciting new venture: The June

Location Finders International (LFI) is excited to introduce our latest strategic investment in The June, an exclusive, members-only social club poised to redefine the cultural and social landscape of Downtown Jacksonville.

Currently under review to occupy the entire historic Federal Reserve Building at 424 N. Hogan St., The June is the brainchild of founder Britt Morgan-Saks, who relocated to Jacksonville with her family from New York City. “The June will be a first-of-its-kind, private members’ club, located in the historic Federal Reserve Building, in Downtown Jacksonville,” Morgan-Saks shared in an official statement.

Built in 1922 and recognized as a National Historic Landmark, the Federal Reserve Building stands at Hogan and Church Streets, just steps from Jacksonville’s City Hall. The 19,420 square foot, three-story building is owned and restored by JWB Real Estate Capital as part of its sponsorship of Gateway Jax, a real estate company leading a transformative initiative to redevelop more than 20 blocks of the city’s Downtown area.

Planned features of The June include, a ground floor restaurant The Grill – a full-service dining room, bar, and kitchen; a refined “living room” with lounge seating, bar, and private dining; an intimate library-style seating area on the Mezzanine; outdoor areas with landscaped seating and lush greenery for relaxed socializing; and a stylish cabaret lounge and piano area in the basement.

“In addition to The June, the Museum of Science & History on the waterfront, a billion-plus dollar reconstruction of the Everbank Stadium, and expansion of the entertainment district around it,” says Dan Rose, partner in The June. “This is an opportunity to enhance the soul of downtown Jacksonville incorporating an architecturally irreplaceable building into the broader revitalization of the neighborhood, helmed by a second-to-none operational team under Britt Morgan-Saks.”
