Orland Park, Ill., March 27, 2018 -- Location Finders International Real Estate's (LFI) Chairman Mike Rose has announced the completion of the first phase of its redevelopment at 156th St and LaGrange Road of Fort Sheridan in Orland Park.
The former Nike missile facility site, which later served as a vehicle maintenance facility for the Army Reserve, was acquired by through a Real Property Exchange with the Army Reserve . As part of LFI's acquirement, LFI to required to construct utility improvements at Fort Sheridan.
The 14-acre property will be developed with restaurant and retail uses with the initial phase including a 8,100 square-foot Chuy’s Tex-Mex restaurant and a 7,300 square-foot Miller’s Ale House restaurant.
LFI collaborated with general contractor Leopardo Construction in the competition of the first phase of the project.
