LFI Signs Lease for new Jimmy Johns' Location

Glen Ellyn, Ill., March 3, 2017 -- Location Finders International Real Estate (LFI) is announcing the signing of a lease by Jimmy Johns to open a new location at the Northeast corner of Roosevelt Rd. and Park Ave. in Glen Ellyn, Ill.
LFI acquired the property in 2008, and formerly held a jewelry store. The former jewelry store is planned to be renovated to accommodate for Jimmy John's restaurant's needs.
The project is expected to revive the location due to it being located on a very busy intersection in an affluent neighborhood of Glen Ellyn.
The upgrades to the building will allow for Jimmy Johns to serve the surrounding neighborhood with their quick service restaurant.
