LFI Partners with Lenny's Gas & Wash in Homer Glen

Homer Glen, Ill., October 2019 -- Location Finders International Real Estate's (LFI) and  Lenny’s Gas & Wash are partnering in a joint venture for the  construction of a Lenny’s Gas & Wash in Homer Glen, Ill. that is projected to open during the first quarter of 2021.

The new location is planned at 15930 W. 159th Street at the northeast corner of 159th and South Gougar Road. Lenny's Gas & Wash will include an approximately 8,000 square-foot gas station, convenience store and car wash.

Lenny's Gas & Wash received approval for a special use permit by the Homer Glen village board on Oct. 24, which was needed due to the store offering an auto services station, a drive thru, outdoor storage of merchandise and operating as a 24-hour open store. 

Conditions for an approval of the special use permit included a one-hour parking limit for semi-trailer truckers due to concerns raised by area residents. 

Lenny's Gas & Wash is planned to be complete and open for business in the first quarter of 2021.
