LFI signs lease with Childs First Academy in Lincolnshire

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Lincolnshire, Ill., March 8, 2021 -- Chairman Mike Rose of Location Finders International Real Estate (LFI) is announcing the recently completed redevelopment project located at 675 Milwaukee Ave Lincolnshire, Ill. will open its doors in Summer of 2022 as the home of Childs First Academy following the academy's signing of a lease. 

 LFI originally developed the property for a regional furniture store and found Childs First Academy to be an ideal reuse of the property. The property is improved with a 12,156 square foot single tenant building. 

LFI’s leasing team’s Alan Erickson (Location Finders Brokerage LLC) worked on behalf of LFI and directly dealt with the President of Childs First Academy, on the lease transaction. 

Childs First Academy is a welcomed addition to the Lincolnshire community. The mayor and Village board are excited for this new business.
