LFI Acquires $3.735 Million USPS in Milwaukee

Milwaukee, Wi., July 1, 2021 -- Location Finders International Real Estate (LFI) Chairman, Mike Rose, has announced the company's purchase of a United States Postal Service (“USPS”) leased property located at 606 E. Juneau Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  

The property USPS has been a tenant of for more than 45-years is surrounded by the “Nova” apartment development which is currently under construction as a 35 Million dollar 9-story, 251-unit, upscale project and is an improved with a 36,834 square foot single tenant building.

LFI’s acquisition team worked with Tom Fritz of Stan Johnson & Co, a long-time partner of LFI, who was the Listing Broker.
